Share your preferred area, party size, experience and possible dates. The Gamekeeper will consider the request against suitable approved ground and contact you personally.
A submission is never a booking. No date, location, price or activity is agreed until it has been confirmed in writing.
Allow time to complete the checks
Terms and documents live in your account.
Sporting bookings normally require at least 14 clear days between confirmation and the event. Every participant must read and sign the sporting terms and provide any privately requested identity or certificate evidence within 72 hours of request and at least seven clear days before the event. Missing the cut-off may cause cancellation and charges may be retained or due for unavoidable loss, potentially up to the full agreed price for a late cancellation or no-show.
Ordinary British rain is not a cancellation reason. The organiser alone decides whether weather is unsafe.

Guests can register interest by area and party size, allowing The Gamekeeper to consider a suitable approved field nearby before agreeing a date.
Using your own land?
Register it before any firearms are used.
If you want a clay day or shoot on land you own or manage, the landowner or authorised occupier must first register the boundary and written authority for review. Guest enquiries are matched only with land that has already completed this check.

A proper country day, hosted in the field.
The Mobile Field Lodge turns a carefully planned clay day into a genuine countryside occasion. It provides a welcoming place to arrive, meet the party, take the safety briefing and settle into the pace of the day before the first session begins.
Between rounds, guests can return to shelter, agreed refreshments and good company: time to warm up, compare shots and enjoy the landscape rather than simply moving from one stand to the next. It is the small ritual at the heart of the day—the place where a group gathers and the experience becomes memorable.
Every arrangement remains shaped around the farm. Livestock, crops, neighbours, public access, weather, site suitability and the farming calendar are considered before the format and date are personally confirmed.
