We bring groups of friends, gamekeepers and independent landowners together to create a private, carefully planned day. Where one farm is too small to host alone, several suitable holdings can make it possible—and the agreed use helps support the farms taking part.

Where would you like to go?
Tell us the area you have in mind, whether close to home or further afield, and how far your group is willing to travel. We check what is feasible with farms in our network and come back to you privately.
Depending on the ground and each owner’s agreement, a shoot may bring together three, four or five farms. Your group becomes part of the community that makes the day possible, while agreed land use gives participating farmers another way to earn from suitable ground.
A submission is an enquiry only. No location, date, price or activity is agreed until we confirm it with you in writing.
Allow time to complete the checks
Terms and documents live in your account.
Game and sports shoots normally need at least 14 clear days between confirmation and the event. Every participant must read and sign the sporting terms and provide any privately requested identity or certificate evidence within 72 hours of request and at least seven clear days before the event. A late cancellation can leave significant seasonal costs for land, game, gamekeepers, beaters, ammunition and other arrangements. Any charge is limited to reasonable losses that remain after savings, refunds and rebooking; the full price is not automatic. Clay days have a separate, more flexible seven-day notice point and require full payment before confirmation.
Ordinary rain, cold and mud are expected. Thunder or lightning, flooding or another dangerous condition means we postpone and arrange another date.

Mobile clay days
A shared day on working farmland.
Tell us the area and party size. We’ll look for a suitable field in our network and discuss the plan with its landowner before any date is offered.

If you want a clay day or shoot on land you own or manage, the landowner or authorised occupier must first register the boundary and written authority for review. Guest enquiries are matched only with land that has already completed this check.

A practical place to meet and brief.
For a mobile clay day, the field base gives the group one clear place to arrive, hear the safety briefing and understand how the route will work.
Gamekeepers plan each stop around the farm, its people, crops, livestock, neighbours and public access. The landowner agrees the arrangement before anything is set up.
