Accessibility

A countryside service,
open to more people.

How we support access to this website and how to request a reasonable adjustment.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Our commitment

We want people to be able to understand our information, submit an enquiry and manage their account regardless of device, disability or access need. We continue to improve the site as the service develops.

Using the website

The site is designed for keyboard and touch use, responsive screen sizes, browser zoom and reduced-motion preferences. Forms use visible labels and instructions, images have text alternatives where they convey meaning, and status messages are presented in text rather than colour alone.

Known limitations

The interactive land-boundary map is visual and may be difficult to use with some assistive technology or motor impairments. If you cannot mark land on the map, contact us and we will arrange another practical way to record or review the boundary. Some supplied or future product imagery may not describe every visual detail.

Requesting help or an adjustment

Email enquiries@thegamekeeper.co.uk with the page or service you need, what went wrong and the format or adjustment that would help. We can provide information by email, discuss a form by telephone, or agree another reasonable route where possible.

Safety, land suitability and legal requirements still apply to physical activities, but we will consider reasonable adjustments individually rather than making assumptions about participation.

Reporting a problem

If you find an accessibility problem that is not listed here, please tell us. Include your browser or device if you know it. We will acknowledge the report and explain what we can do or when we expect to correct it.
